TO the FishHoo! FishTracker Service
Now
You are about to join a service that will give you accurate and complete
web-site statistic reports helping make your web site more successful
and profitable!
Procedure:
1.
Free Trial Sign Up. Fill the form below completely. Once signed
up we'll give you a few lines of HTML code to put on any of your pages
whose traffic you wish to track. This code will show a small icon on
your page and you agree to display this icon. Icons will be of FishHoo!
or it's sponsors. You are allowed to create unlimited number of accounts.
However 1 email address can be associated only with 1 account. For additional
accounts you should use other email address. After adding the code to
your web page(s) and updating the site on your server, you can log in
and check your stats at any time. The Free Trial
period is seven (7) days to give you time to evaluate the service.
After the Free Trial period you must upgrade
your account(s). Failure to upgrade will result
in the deletion of your account(s).
2.
Paid Upgrade. After you have joined the trial FishTracker service
you will have the option to upgrade your account(s) to an invisable
icon. You will still have the same great reports available to you but
you will no longer be advertising the FishTracker service. The cost
of this upgrade is a nominal $5.95 for 90 days or 100,000 hits (which
ever comes first). This upgrade is available on the order
page. You MUST be a member of the Free Trial FishTracker service
before you upgrade. We suggest you try the trial
FishTracker service for a few days before you upgrade. We want you to
experience the value of the service before you make your decision. All
sales are final. There will be NO exceptions.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
The
Members of FishHoo! FishTracker agree to include the full unchanged
HTML code provided by FishHoo!. If the Free Trial membership is registered
the icon must appear on the page so that the majority of people visiting
that page will see and notice the icon.
The
current FishTracker icon is shown below but may be changed at any time
without prior notice to the members.
A
member may cancel their participation at any time deleting their account
as described in check stats page. FishHoo! reserves
the right to remove accounts for web sites that do not abide by these
terms of service or those that do not have any hit registered within
3 days.
Members
acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic
counts, etc.) may be utilized by FishHoo!. Possible uses include (but
are not limited to) lists of member sites, top sites list, etc. FishHoo!
retains ownership and all rights to this site contents, logo, software,
databases, reports, and information. However, FishHoo! does believe
in the privacy of the members and agrees not to provide e-mail addresses
of the members to any third party.
FishHoo!
services are provided "AS IS". FishHoo! makes no guarantee
of availability of the FishTracker program and is held harmless in the
event of loss or interruption of service of any kind.
FishHoo!
reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service.
