to the Team FishHoo! Banner Exchange. The FishHoo! Banner Exchange is
the internet's only fishing banner exchange with a display ratio of 1:1,
it is truly the best service of its kind. The pages must not contain any
obscene or offensive graphics or words. If your pages can not or do not
follow these rules, please do not bother going any further. We want to
be able to establish one of the best ways of learning about fishing on
the web! Failure to follow these rules will force us to remove you
from the FishHoo! Banner Exchange.
There
are a few things you need to know before you get started.

This
exchange is for fishing and boating sites only. If you are unsure
if your site qualifies, visit our front
page. If it will fit into one of the categories you find there,
it will work. Otherwise, e-mail
the webmaster.

Websites
in the Lycos Network (Angelfire,
Gamesville. htmlGEAR, HotBot, HotWired, Matchmaker, Sonique, Tripod,
Wired News, Webmonkey, WhoWhere) are not elgible to participate in
the exchange. Why: Free hosts like Tripod
don't allow images to be served to other sites because they (Tripod)
don't have the chance to advertise and since this uses up their server
resources and their bandwidth, they say no, can't do it. Other hosts
may be added to this list at any time.

All
submitted banners must be 400 pixels wide by 40 pixels high and no
more that 10 KB. Animated Gifs are OK as long as they are no more
than 10 KB. Your banner must reside on your server.

You
will need to know the URL path to your site and banner.

Signing
up does not automatically enter your site in the exchange. Your information
is sent to the webmaster who reviews your info and approves or disapproves
your submission. Please give him a couple of days to finish the job.

Once
approved, you will be e-mailed the code to paste into your pages.
Your valid e-mail address is crucial.

Please
read all the instructions carefully. It should just be a cut and paste
job but it gets a little more complicated if you plan to run banners
on more than one page.

Site
owners may purchase extra exposures at the rate of $ .01 per exposure.
The minimum purchase is 5,000 exposures or $50.00. E-mail the webmaster
to make arrangements.
