Very informative venue for local fisherman sharing tips and knowledge about local fishing hotspots and methods that are working for them. Hosting 2 tournaments annually, during Spring, and Fall. Fairly closeknit group of local anglers that don't mind sharing their knowledge with the young , and/or inexperienced angler.

The ABWF is the most infomative site pertaining to local Texas coastal wade fishing I have found. Everything from gear, rigs, local weather conditions are covered thoroughly on a daily basis. They are great.

Take Highway 36 south to Freeport, After crossing over bridge(Brazos River) coming from Jones Creek to Freeport, Go straight until you come to the Tee in the road.Take your right turn at the tee. Go down over next bridge (crossing intercoastal waterway) stay straight until you get to the beachfront. Turn right onto the beach and go down about 4 miles on the beach and you will run into MOB (mouth of the Brazos River).
