This site is the "must have" for the Texas Gulf Coast. Value is brought to viewers not through flash and wow!, but the dedication of its webmaster and members. When it comes to accurate, honest fishing reports and advice, this site stands alone among the countless others. Its is the one site that I visit daily. After monitoring it for quality advice and reporting for quite some time, I finally joined and am a regular contributer to the site. These are my friends, and we treat members as family. All are welcome!

This site gets better and better thanks to the dedication of the webmaster, Sam. The most valueable resources here are the friendly members who contribute positive information and helpful advice on the message board. The camaraderie and friendship make it a great place for the whole family to meet fellow anglers.

A great gang. Coming from KS but always wanting to flyfish the salt, I was somewhat intimidated and at a loss on how to start. Thanks to the great crew at CCCF, I've had a great beginning to my salty fly fishing experiences.

No doubt one of the best Texas saltwater angling sites possible. Good info, advice, and friendly members. They make you feel like one of the family. It's like a secret fishing hole, you want to let everyone know how great it is but still keep it a secret so it doesn't get spoiled.

The CCCF site is not the place to go because of Sam's web design, it is a great place to go because of those who are members. Anyone from beginner to pro can find someone on the site who has helpful information. Sam's supervision and the helpfulness of the members make this site a must see for any fisherman.

Don't let the name mislead you; the regular posters on the Fishing and Message Board are very knowledgeable fishermen/women. The Board is very family oriented and it is more like a small community with first time posters greeted with respect and no question is too small to answer. The board occassionally gets involved in conservation projects and at other times, small tournaments are held with great prizes being awarded.

It really is an excellent resource for Gulf coast fishing information for beginners to very experienced old salts. Very accurate fishing reports along with exceptional help from the membership. Also the site is very closely monitored by the webmaster, a family safe site.
