immediate response to emails before order, ordered 8/1 still no product received, now emails and phone calls go unanswered or answered by auto response.... I do not recommend them, for fly parasites....use arbico-organics, I will be cancelling order with my credit card company tomorrow and ordering from arbico.

Texas Attorney General is incorrect, should be New Jersey Attorney General. Latest is per Worm Man's Worm Farm from Donna that refund will be issued that week of April, 12. Now April, 22 and no refund. Still won't answer e-mail messages.

This firm will not answer e-mail or phone messages. Order is 11 days old and not shipped. Ask for refund and no response. Texas Attorney General is my next step.

Perfect. Received wax worms. They were plump and lively. They also have a worm called Phoenix Worms. I tried the large. They work great. I think the Phoenix Worm is Soldier Fly Larvae.

Excellent site - a little busy - with alot of info available - found what we were looking for - excellent summaries - how to raise live bait - may be a little pricy - but availability is constant.
