So, I was in the market for a rod building rotation assembly. I ended up buying one from Shoff Tackle. Well, the item came in damaged from the factory. It would not rotate because the drive unit had been dropped. I then contacted Shoff. Instead of dealing with the situation themself, they had the "maker" of the unit contact me. I sent photos of the damaged unit to the "maker". A week went by with no word. I sent an e-mail requesting a new unit to be be FedExed overnight. The response I got back from Skip at Shoff consisted of the following: "Well, I don't think you'll be getting this by high noon on Monday. I understand your frustrations, but by making unreasonable demands is not gone to solve the issue." The issue should have been resolved a week early by shipping out a new unit to take care of the customer.

Shoffs Tackle Co. is going out of business so I understand if it is the one in Kent Washington? My Dad goes there all the time for rod parts for his repair business and he told me they were going out of business. Thought you should know.
